There is a particularly strong desire for more control over time among professional, who wants to better reconcile family and work. The world of work is changing and with it, the demands on our employees. We at KEBA would therefore like to help our employees maintain their health and personal well-being so they can better meet the challenges they face.
In addition to the existing occupational health and safety, back classes and extensive sport and relaxation offers, we have initiated numerous other measures for our employees. Our trainees and our senior staff receive training in special courses. We offer our employees regular health and water days in almost all of our sites as well as regular consultation hours with our occupational doctor. Furthermore, our employees can participate in a course to help them quit smoking or they can obtain support in matters of healthy nutrition.

We want to prepare our employees in the best possible way for their current and future work tasks. Our company offers a wide range of advanced training courses in the areas of quality, environment, safety, project management, law and economics, IT, languages, communication and organisation as well as various product training courses
In addition to a portfolio of basic training courses that every employee receives at the beginning of his or her career with us, we offer a large number of specific training and further education courses for the respective areas of work.
Moreover, every employee has the opportunity to take part in training courses für extracurricular qualification within the Academy's programme.

We regularly inform employees about daily business, the births of employees’ children as well as employees’ weddings and birthdays.
In our company restaurants at our sites in Unna and Lahnau, we make sure we provide healthy and varied menus and a relaxed atmosphere.
We are also aware of our social responsibility inside and outside our company. We organize projects in schools and give young people the opportunity to gain first-hand experience with electronic circuits.
